Tournament Update

As the deadline for the 2024 Hollywood Dodgers Las Vegas Tournament nears on May 15th, we want to keep all teams informed about the timing of team acceptances. While the tournament is proceeding according to plan, securing gym facilities has proven to be more complex than anticipated. We are actively working with the Clark County School District and other Las Vegas gym facilities to secure the necessary venues. The availability of gyms will directly impact the number of teams we can invite. Additionally, the tournament committee is exploring other potential modifications, such as extending tournament hours, to accommodate the maximum number of teams.

We understand that the delay in sending out invitations may pose challenges for your team's planning process, as historically, we would have already issued the first round of invites by now. We sincerely appreciate your patience, and we are fully committed to sending out invitations promptly once the gym situation is resolved.

If your team prefers to withdraw from the tournament due to these circumstances, please inform us and let us know how you would like us to handle any fees you may have already submitted. Your understanding and cooperation during this time are greatly appreciated.
